3.1. Personal Details

3.2. Personal Profile

I hold two Master's degrees in Computer Science and Economics and have several years of experience in various programming languages, IT security, and computer administration. I have successfully participated in related national and international competitions. In future, I SHALL work on challenging tasks with an impact where I can apply the skills and knowledge I acquired during my studies and previous work and continue to learn and improve. I studied at RWTH Aachen University in Aachen, Germany (RWTH): 2016-2020 M.Sc. Economics, RWTH [EG2020]; Grade: 1.8 2017 Internship at Deutsche Post AG as part of Economics study course on optimization; Grade: 1.0 2013-2015 M.Sc. Computer Science, RWTH [EG2015]; Grade: 1.4 2010-2013 B.Sc. Computer Science, RWTH [EG2013]; Grade: 1.3 2002-2010 Secondary school, Gymnasium "Haus Overbach"; Grade: 1.4 2007-2008 "Pupil study" (programming lecture), RWTH; Grade: 3.7 I'm a self-taught software developer focusing on Android (Java) and Python development. I have various experience with other programming languages and frameworks, including C/C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, and Brainfuck, and experience in HTML/CSS. During my non-profit activities (cf. Section 3.6) I gained experience in Windows and Linux administration, IBM Notes, and Adobe tools. My mother tongue is German. I'm fluent in English and have basic skills in French.

3.5. Interests and Achievements

I was on my university's "Deans's List" in 2012, 2013, and 2014 (top 3%/5% of students). From 2013 to 2015 I received a "Bildungsfonds" scholarship (50% government-funded).    I'm interested in entrepreneurship/start-ups, technology, and
   electronics.  I hold a class A ham license (call sign: DK9EPG), but
   I'm currently not actively involved.  Occasionally, I used to blog

   I do sports (golf, fitness, running), play piano (ukulele before),
   and am interested in psychology, self-improvement, and meditation.
   Since summer 2020, I'm learning to fly (SPL-TMG).

3.6. Additional Information

From March 2018 to early 2020 I was an active member of bonding- studenteninitiative e.V. [bonding], a German non-profit student initiative connecting students and recent graduates with employers via various events, especially job fairs. I'm a founding member of Nachwuchsförderung IT-Sicherheit e.V. [nfits], a German non-profit supporting young IT security talents.

I hold the German citizenship. I passed the background check in accordance with §7 Luftsicherheitsgesetz (LuftSiG) (German Aviation Security Act).
